4. Refund Method
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after inspection.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size issues in kidswear or if the received product is incorrect. Subject to stock availability.
