• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return or replacement.

2. Non-returnable Items

• Digital products such as game top-ups and software keys
• Customized packaging products
• Items purchased under clearance or final sale offers

4. Refund Method

• Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after inspection.
• Refunds are issued via bank transfer, digital wallet, or the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size issues in kidswear or if the received product is incorrect. Subject to stock availability.
